From our instructors to our ground crew, everyone is dedicated to ensuring you have the best experience possible. Our team are highly skilled with a great attention to detail, safety and having fun – but above all we are passionate about scuba diving, the ocean and sharing it with you!
Meet Our Team
Manager -
Jason Hart
Jason started as a Dive Master on our Summer Program, Sail Caribbean, when he was just a teenager. He has worked his way up the ranks both in and out of the water to become an experienced Captain, Dive Instructor and mentor.
Course Director - Mike Rowe
Mike’s scuba career journey began over 30 years ago and has enabled him to combine his love of teaching and being on the water with his marketing and management skills into one profession.
Previously manager/director with Sail Caribbean Divers, and now as Course Director and consultant, Mike acts as mentor/trainer to staff and focuses on business marketing and professional development programs.
Captain - Scott
Scott has been an Instructor at Sail Caribbean Divers since Ocotber 2022. He is passionate about his Wildlife and has skippered boats on the world famous Sardine Run in South Africa

Kade
Kade began working at SCD in 2016 and as he’s worked for the company through the years he’s formed an appreciation and utmost respect for the craft and the industry.
Ground Crew - De'Andre
De’Andre is a fearless young man with a love and passion for the ocean and its lovely creatures. He began working at SCD to start his diving journey in hopes of becoming a marine biologist and a dive master.

Kyler
Kyler became a member of our team in November 2021. She is passionate about providing exceptional service whether booking diving or renting scuba gear. You will usually find her at our Cooper Island or Moorings locations.
Groud Crew - Hasani
Hasani started working at SCD in 2021 and during this time he has developed a love for the craft and industry. Hasani has aspirations to become a diver in the near future.
